Huli Sue's - KAMUELA

We arrived 10 minutes after the restaurant opened and there was already a line of people waiting. We had to wait for about 10-15 minutes before being seated. The smell of barbecue was in the air.

The food is excellent. The reason for 4 stars is that they do not take reservations and they run out of items from the grill. I was really looking forward to the pulled pork ribs.

The Fish and The Hog in Hawaii is a fantastic restaurant that serves a one-of-a-kind blend of seafood and pork dishes. The mixed meat plate is a standout option.
