Starbucks - Herndon

Service sucks!!! Cup was leaking and whip cream was all over the cup lid. Frappe tasted really bitter.

Very friendly, fast, and order always correct and well made.

Great Starbucks location with a really big seating area inside and outside. One of the best Starbucks I've ever been in terms of having areas to sit and hang out. The service is always friendly, although they're usually more focused on the drive-thru than the dine-in customers. Also know that for some reason the Google maps pin for the Starbucks is in the wrong place consistently, but you should see it when you turn into the parking lot.

I’m torn between being very unhappy and thinking that this place would do much better if leadership here stay on top of things, like training!I mean my favorite drink tastes different every single time I order here! To the point that it tasted like completely something else! I had to go back in at least twice to get this corrected and re-done!I love Starbucks and Carmel Macchiato, my “Poison”, I hope they get it together ?

Not a great experience, but my fiance and I noticed our drinks were ordered wrong. We spoke clearly and slowly. We understand the young lady was probably new. Recieved wrong reciept, eventually got the new one. I'm sticking to Kingstowne Starbucks. Also to top it all off, they forgot my Fiance cake pops On the order. That was the whole reason Was excited to go there with me.
