I want Noma, The Guest Experience Leader on the best possible experience for us and other customers, she was beyond impressive, professional and a pleasure to interact, McDonalds are definitely blessed to have someone like Noma take care of their brand

A very nice place with friendly and efficient staff, we accidentally dumped one of our take-out bags, some of our frits spilled and the participants cleaned our table and the frits also replaced. The children had a fun time and a delicious meal within half an hour of arrival and all 9 meals were swallowed, because it was professionally prepared. Thank you for the very nice afternoon I had you, it is always a pleasure to visit your business, and I would recommend to anyone who after a nice place to eat on ,yo visit McDonalds on the Walküste Mall.

I confess! We've never been to McDonald's before and never in a car. But we were on the street, it was early and we were hungry and needed coffee. What a pleasure to order and literally your order minutes later. We ordered egg mcmuffins (I think) and coffee. They were delicious, good coffee. I'm back.

Not a big fan of fast foods, but my kids love their ice creams and drive tru is convenient.

Workers were busy with themselves. They were not focused on customers. Dear Owner, please train your workers to save your business. You don't wanna lose your multi million rand business because of some unprofessional workers. If you read the reviews, 90% of bad reviews are given because of bad services. No one is complaining about your food.
