Bad no burgers no fries only chiken no zinger wings no dunked wings , when they have anything elce to offer bad quality food

Waiting time was way more then 50minutes just for 21 pcs of chicken. Improve service maybe your'll get a better rating next time

Great food and service but there is little to no space to walk with so much people but its great so far

I have been standing on the drive thru for over 40 minutes and the lady who was supposed to receive my payment was giving me poor service and the was only 5 cars in front of me the staff was not even friendly

Bought 9 pieces of KFC and the meat looked too dark which is a sign of dirty oil. KFC Heidelberg please wake up and change the oil. We are paying customers and we must be respected!
