Seems as tho the price of coffee has gone UP AGAIN .....and ok thats fair .....However it seems as tho the value of service has declined dramatically......9 min to take my order ....and another 15 to get my order ......its a simple coffee .......cream and sugar ....and customer relations also seems to be getting worse. Parking: There's never enough... Service: Take out

Review from my wife: horrible watered down coffee. 7 or 8 employees running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Service was slow..overheard 1 of the staff stating she forgot about someone's breakfast sandwich in the toaster oven! Needs a manager that knows how to assign tasks to employees and do their job efficiently. The place was the only Dunkin around a popular Lake Wallenpaupack area so it was busy, but that is not excuse for poor coffee....poor service....and poor staff management. Obviously we did not stop there again during our stay.
