Dunkin' - HAWLEY

The staff at this restaurant is terrible. They mixed three different drinks using the same spoon. We placed our order online, but when we went to pick it up, they claimed they didn't have a receipt, even though I had one. This is the worst Dunkin' Donuts I have ever been to.

This restaurant is rude, overpriced, and consistently gets orders wrong. The drive-through speaker is too low to hear, and the worker taking orders is difficult to understand. Our order was incorrect due to the poor English of the employee, who then became rude. I will not be returning and will stick to Dunkin' in Honesdale, PA. Thank you.

The management at this Dunkin’ Donuts are absolutely morons. They have no training to run any type of food service industry. They cannot get an order right at all and when they’re wrong they’ll give you an attitude like how dare you not just take the messed up order. The women Tina at the drive through window has a horrible attitude EVERYTIME I go. really bad service, food is bad. Drinks are never made on time or made correctly. Worse Dunkin I have ever been to in my life save your money, drive to Honesdale.

Ridiculously expensive. Do they realize the average household income here? No wonder it’s always empty! They also silently hand you your food in total silence, a bare minimum “have a good day” or anything at all would help!
