Shalimar - Havant

We went to this restaurant on a busy Saturday night, but we had made a reservation. The food was excellent, but the service was a bit slow. We had to wait up to 20 minutes from the time we received our menus to when our order was taken.

My partner and myself had dinner in this wonderful place last night. It was a busy night as it's such a spacious venue. We both found the restaurant, Very relaxing, welcoming and it is beautifully decorated. The staff were always attentive, friendly and very caring about our needs. We would like to congratulate you all especially the chef as we both love our meal. It was very difficult to choose from such a varied menu. I particularly loved the tandoori king prawns which were very flavoursome. The best one tasted. Thank you so much. Keep up the good work. We will be back for more.

I had a wonderful experience with this takeaway restaurant. The customer service was great, and all of the food was served hot and cooked perfectly with generous portions. I especially enjoyed the chicken tikka Marsala and chicken tikka Bhoona, as they had just the right balance of chicken and sauce. The Onion Bhajis and pila rice were also excellent. I can't wait to dine in at the restaurant after such a fantastic takeaway experience.

We had take out, twice, and the quality and quantity of the food was excellent. Good amounts of meat in the dishes as well as tasty veggies. Poppadoms came with meals and were well done. Good friendly service.
