Sam's Chippy - Havant

Fancied fish and chips after work in the area and found this place. Fish and chips for me are usually met n miss and I am fussy. First, the staff were really friendly and fast and I couldn't have been happier with the food, really big... piece of cod and big chips! I wish I was a local, I would go there a lot more, thanks to Sam!!

Return here after many years as usual to be good, which a disappointment does not go back. Overpriced, small portions and cold.

The manager of the chip shop comes over aggressive, miserable and is lairy. Even cops with employees if they can't do anything.

First time visit, with the aim of getting the grub in before the England v Tunisia kick off. What a great result! And the football wasn't bad either, albeit with a wait for that last minute winner. No such trouble here order taken, food ready...in good time, no penalties. The chips were cooked to perfection, crisp and brown, and the fish lit up what was a fairly dull second half. Well done Mr Sam, you're a lucky omen we'll be back!
