Excellent customer service from a young lady called Tia very polite,helpful food was just perfect thank you guys and girls

While ordering today via the drive thru, asked for a Burguer went coke, started ordering the second and said “both large meal” and then proceeded with second order. Paid roughly same amount as always. Noted I was being served regular cokes she said that’s what I ordered and I said it wasn’t, but asked to pay the difference. after that, learned to always check my order and was give one regular fries complained. Once again I said I ordered 2 menus “no you didn’t” “yes I did” “no you didn’t”. Asked to see the receipt and sort it… in the end was given another regular fries. I’ve learned that the client is always right. Just bad attitude. Same as always.

The meal I had at this restaurant was very enjoyable and comforting. There was nothing wrong with the bacon double XL sandwich I ordered. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely return to this restaurant.

There was a rat problem at this restaurant. When I went through the drive-thru today, I saw three rats in the car park. It was absolutely disgusting. The bins were a mess and I couldn't even eat my food because I felt so sick.

Just horrid. Food was cold. Bun fell apart. Was ready too quickly so obviously not freshly cooked Lots on menu not available. Never again. A waste of calories.
