Sonic Drive-in - Hartselle

I had not parked in one of the stands connected to the building because they were extremely busy and it rained. I had already been driving a couple of times to find a stall connected to the building, but more people came in. When I pressed the button to order, the female asked me to pull into one of the stands that are connected to the building when someone left. So I did, but when I came there, it was taken and then all stood where I was parked were taken. it is sad that a little rain has kept them from doing their jobs. If I were the only one in the outside stands, or there was one that were openly connected to the building, I would have parked there. So we went and went somewhere else. do it well!

Ordered 3 different meals all come with drinks told what drinks I wanted plus a large ice water. Only got 2 drinks was gonna charge me for the other 2. I told them to forget it. I have always been pleased with the service but tonight. Not so much. Done with sonic for awhile

The food and the service at this particular Sonic consistently seems to be better than what you would expect from a Sonic fast food restaurant. I have another Sonic restaurant that is much closer to where I live but choose to go to this particular one because it is so much better.

I have had several poor experiences with the quality of food in recent years, but I was extremely disappointed in the level of customer service offered to me by the franchise owner Jessica today. This particular location was not accepting mobile app orders. I asked if they would honor the 1/2 price promotion that I would have received on the app. I was told it was a known issue but they would not honor the 1/2 price drink offer. So I left and went to another location on my way to my destination that was accepting mobile orders. The owner didn?t seem to care that I was upset and the employee taking my order was rude.
