Ihop - Harrisonburg

During our morning visit, the server was short-staffed, but the two ladies attending to us were exceptional. They provided excellent service and created a fantastic atmosphere for our group of 20.

The staff at this restaurant is incredibly friendly and attentive to my needs. As a new mother who is breastfeeding, I've requested to be seated in quieter areas to take care of my baby, and they’ve accommodated me every time. On one occasion, they even reserved a section of the restaurant just for my family to ensure my comfort. The food has always been excellent whenever I dine here. This has become my go-to restaurant when I want a great meal!

I visited this situation in a busy night when only a waitress worked. Even at several tables of large parties, she was timely and had a good attitude. Jean-Pierre was particularly helpful and ensured that every table was satisfied. He was very friendly and tried to connect to any customer.

The food today was much better than it had been since the place reopened. I'm happy to see they finally have some help! Amd our server was Fantastic!

The food was delicious and the waitress was awesome. But the waiting time was awful and the cleanliness should be better.
