The Paper Station Bistro

I am giving a 3-star rating for the food at this restaurant because my experience with the service was not great. When we arrived, it seemed like there was a shift change happening and the staff member who was working initially made it clear that he did not want us there. He quickly passed us off to the next waitress who also had a cold attitude towards us. We only ordered an appetizer and a drink before deciding to leave due to the uncomfortable atmosphere. As someone who has worked in the service industry before, this was the worst service I have ever experienced.

This restaurant is a cute, small, and cozy spot. The service was attentive and the food was good, especially the Maurice salad. I would recommend trying it. The price per person for dinner is $20-30. The atmosphere was comfortable and I would give the service a rating of 4 out of 5. I would recommend trying their salads.

The restaurant had a charming decor and good service, but the food was disappointing for the price. I was excited to see some vegetarian options on the menu and as a fan of beets, I ordered the roasted beet salad which was $17. However, I found the beets to be canned with little flavor, and the salad only had a few slivers of almond and maybe 2 grapes. My mom's super food salad was better. The falafel appetizer was mediocre and lacked seasoning. The coffee was excellent. The restaurant charges a credit card fee, which I found unexpected. While they have a handful of vegetarian options, I was underwhelmed by the overall experience.

Sat outside, was great weather! Food was delish! We ordered the Chicken Naan with Onion Rings, Woodward Sliders with Fries and Salad with Goat Cheese, Couscous, Pecans, etc. Gets pricey when you upgrade the sides and add on the CC processing fee, but it was worth it!
