Duffys Garage Grille - Petoskey

We stopped by after completing the Tunnel of Trees from north to south. I opted for the Big Duffy Burger while my wife went with the BBQ pork grinder. We also shared the spinach and artichoke dip, which was served in a delightful crispy bread bowl alongside tortilla chips. Everything was delicious, and the staff was very accommodating with adjusting our orders to suit our preferences. We make a trip through this area every fall and plan to make this a regular stop from now on.

Nice atmosphere and very busy. We sat indoors, but they have a place to sit outside on a big deck. We ordered the goodfellas sandwich and fried and the were both piping hot and tasty. We also had the spicy pineapple margaritas and it was pretty decent.Service was a little slow due to bring busy but our waitress was very friendly.

We stopped by for a beer and didn't order any food. Their beer selection isn't extensive, but we really appreciated that they allow you to take your beer to go in a cup with a lid. We enjoyed watching the sunset down the street while savoring our drinks. The decor is quite impressive, featuring lovely paintings and unique chandeliers with car details.

We love the gluten-free pizza, burger buns, and bruschetta at this restaurant. However, be cautious with the bruschetta topping, as it has a spicy kick—possibly jalapeños— which we were not expecting. We learned this the hard way, so I’m giving it four stars for not having a warning, as this level of heat is not typical for bruschetta. Aside from that, it’s a fantastic spot for gluten-free options and delicious food!

This place is absolutely awesome. From food, to service to ownership, it?s all top notch. Their pizza is made perfectly, you can?t go wrong with their grinders and we had the Buffalo chicken dip for an appetizer that had just the right amount of zing,but not too much. The owner is so nice and personable. I highly recommend anyone going to Petoskey to give this place a shot. You won?t regret it. Oh, and their outside seating has a sweet view of the bay too. Well done guys!
