Ice Bing Boba Tea Cafe - Harbor Creek

I am quite frustrated with this business. I walked a long way here just for this bubble tea... When I got here at 3:30pm on Tuesday it was closed. Business hours posted (online and on the door): Sun-Thu 1pm-8pm; Fri-Sat 1pm-9pm. No notice that it would be closed on this particular date or for how long... next time I will go to one of the other bubble tea places in town.

It was one of those day! I couldn't check in because Verizon wireless service was down. Then we couldn't order any teas because it was 5:30 in the afternoon and they did not have any options that didn't have caffeine. It's a super cute place! So we will definitely come back early in the day to try the tea!!! Hopefully then I can update and give a much better review.

The hours on here are wrong. They are open on Saturdays. I submitted the request for changes. We went in here because I was hoping to try the Thai coffee drink. They were completely out of coffee. They also put WAY too much ice in the drinks. The boba is way over cooked or old and very mushy. I got the oolong tea and my husband got the Thai tea. Nothing to write home about sadly. They do give 10% military discount. And the seating inside is very cute. Based on my experience today, I would not go back. Kung Fu Tea is much better.

I thought the drinks tasted pretty good ! Especially the cold brew considering most boba places have coffee drinks that taste like powder or pure sugar. The only bummer was that they ran out of boba so I wished I could've tried that. I slightly expected it though based off the reviews I read beforehand and the fact we came a hour before closing :

So good! The milk bubble tea with tapioca balls is so good!!! Nice and sweet! So I recommend if you don’t like it too sweet, ask for half the sweetness. Super milky and delicious and plus the tapioca balls were perfect consistency. Ask for less ice too because they give you a decent amount of ice.
