Chipotle Mexican Grill - Hampton Manor

Multiple times my online orders have not been ready. There is no come from the managers and obtaining a refund is difficult and time consuming. I will never return to this location.

The food was extremely late past the order time even for a small order.

The line was long and only one person was helping customers, I had to wait for steak because it wasn't ready, and every single eating area was dirty.

The place was disgusting, and nothing was clean. The staff was joking in the back amongst themselves while 1 guy was struggling in the front. The line was all the way back to the door and no real effort was made to get it moving. When i reached the front of the line I noticed the chicken burning on the grill as a lovely last straw. Food was over cooked. Overall a very unpleasant experience here.

Finally they had fajita veggies. They forgot both side orders of sour cream. But this is the 1st time the order was prepared correctly for the most part. Don’t order after 3pm
