Grand Central - Hamilton

This has to be the worst parma I have ever had. Don't know how a pub can get it so wrong. The chicken was not cooked through, then was microwaved so all soggy with a spoonful of tomato sauce with 4 blobs of hard cheese not been under the grill long enough so still hard and chewy.

The service was good, eating was very average and expensive. chips were terrible the four who were on our teller.

Our family shared a meal here for our fathers wake in May. The hotel staff were friendly and the food was fantastic. However one of our family members is in a wheelchair and went to use the bathroom only to discover they have no wheelchair accessible toilets!!! How is this possible that a hotel can get council approval when they have no wheelchair accessible toilets? A staff member told him to go down the back carpark to use the public toilets!!! Seriously!!! Absolutely disgrace.

The food was great but very disappointing that the young girl who served our food managed to drop the plate and the food on the table. She could not get away fast enough. Brought it to the attention of management whose response was to send the poor girl back to us to “pick up the mess”. Not her fault. Management need to teach their staff accordingly

Nice county pub atmosphere with good food. Not the cheapest though.
