Lezzet Urfam is the only Köz amongst the myriad of others in Wilhelmsburg which is offering a vegan Döner kebab (in bread, dürüm, as a box or on a plate) that I‘ve come across. The first time I tried one, they cut the seitan of a spit, for some time now they only fry it an oily pan. Considering the price, I hope they soon switch to the old way again. The quality of the bread and veggies always seemed fine to me. Two vegan sauces are available, vegan tzatziki and their regular hot sauce. Good to take meat-eating friends to and still have some vegan option available.
