Herr Kwong - Hamburg

We had the dried beef hor fun which was delicious but a tad tooooo oily. It has enough wok hei present in the noodles which is a must to make this dish or any chinese dish good! Also had honey roast spare ribs. The meat was a little tough but taste was good. What disturbed me is that they chopped the ribs into smaller pieces which resulted into quite abit of small bits of bones with every bite.. would have been great if they left it alone without chopping. It was served with pickled cabbage and stir fried chinakohl.. both nothing to shout about. My kids shared charsiew noodles soup with thin yellow noodles (top up 2€ and the soup was delish. I don't think there was alot of MSG like what other reviews wrote about since we didnt experience extreme thirst after that.. and we are quite sensitive to it usually!

SupeR balance in food. For people who want to be safe and sure of what you eat. So I just walked in and I simply enjoyed every bite! Do not be shy to ask waitress served traditionally...to get full experience! Remember, always finish your meal with nice traditionally served tea what is served with no sugar, do not be shy, bitter tea helps your stomach to relax even when you eat more than should.... In this restaurant everyone slips from that! I try to go there every time when I visit Hamburg. Only bad thing is that it is closen on sundays! All the best

Very good food and service. There is no diaper changing station nor space to do this. We did it on the seats after asking for permission. Service staff were friendly and the menu is quite extensive though not many dimsums were offered. I expected that for a Hong Kong restaurant though.

Where should I start? It was right now. The food was fantastically prepared and tasted great at both visits. The ambience was also very beautifully designed and very pleasant. Also the staff was super friendly and you felt in another world. I can only put this to everyone because both vegetarian and normal dishes are offered with meat.

I've been over here so many times and we've only recently ordered this. The portions are fine and the food was simply amazing! Since then we have come here regularly to take food.
