Harms & Schacht - Hamburg

We had a larger group next to us, and unfortunately the two very young waiters were already very well loaded with the group, so we had to make very energetic attention to order new drinks. After that, something had improved. Then the toilet was in a very bad condition and had almost a dixiklo level. That's why they looked after a complaint pretty fast. So something went through. If you have made clear what is not good, you have responded directly to it. But especially with the waiters, on a Saturday night, if the shop is not really full, the idea should come from itself at all tables to see the right one. It was a shame.

We took dinner with friends and felt very comfortable. The food was very good and the service attentive and friendly. The value for money is good. The location on the bat is super beautiful. Everything again and highly recommended.

For the price we have eaten much better here in Winterhude. The price-performance ratio is not true at all.

We were at Harms and Schacht a few times and felt very comfortable every time. We like the ambience and enjoy it when we can sit outside in the fleet. The service is always great, but this time was particularly attentive and accommodating. Food and drinks were very delicious. Only my part of the Wiener Schnitzel was very small for a small part and therefore I found the price of 14.50 euros today quite expensive. We can highly recommend the restaurant and like to go back!
