Grill of Arabia - Hamburg

Ate here as closest restaurant to our accommodation in thunder and lightning storm. The food was good, mixed grill of lamb kebabs, lamb chop and chicken with hummus and mixed salad, but the restaurant lacks atmosphere. It is very sparsely decorated and has more of a 'canteen' feel about it. It's a pity as the staff were very friendly and we enjoyed the food and wine.

On a Friday evening a friend and I visited this locally. After we had ordered our drinks, we were asked by two more waiters whether we want to drink something. well, better than nobody asks. but the staff was not well-off, which went through all evening. - the food seemed to us moderate. I love oriental eating, but was certainly already spoiled much better.

Super service, very clean, good value for money, very good kitchen, ambiente rather simple, but honest. is not a snack, but a well-run restaurant. by the way with excellent Lebanese wines

Our visit took place on a Saturday from half nine.At the arrival we were assigned a seat directly opposite the door. on demand we were allowed to put ourselves to another, more cozy place.It took a while until we got the card. After we had abandoned our order, we were first brought twice the wrong drink. at the second attempt we were accused, we had ordered wrong and the mistake was not with them.After an hour waiting time we were asked by a service force if we had already eaten. No, we didn't. it took a one and a half hours until our food had stood on our table - after it had stood at the kitchen outlet before. according to this, our foods after the first bites were very cold. we would probably have been fed only with appetizer, but it would certainly have been good.We gave our feedback to eat cold. as an apology, we were offered a drink at the house. as we said that we would like to go home, we offered two good tickets for a drink at the next visit. (we refused. will certainly not come back.)The so far soaped drinks were not released. 20 cent refunds have been kept from drinking money (we saved a demand).The service (and I kitchen) were completely underused during our visit. you have noticed the stress throughout. the service and the food delivery have taken a very long time for all guests. Since the kitchen had to sound several times at many dresses for the collection, this has not contributed to a more relaxed atmosphere.
