Yankee Bbq, Simple Craft Bbq - Hamburg

This newly opened BBQ joint in the Southtowns area is a fantastic addition to the local dining scene. With Texas-style BBQ and a variety of meats sold by the pound, this place is a must-try. The meats were tender and flavorful, with just the right amount of char. The BBQ sauce was delicious, and we even considered buying a bottle to take home. The restaurant follows pandemic guidelines, with masks required and social distancing measures in place. Overall, a great experience with tasty food and a safe environment.

This restaurant serves authentic BBQ! The brisket is phenomenal! I tried the Big Texan sandwich, which had a mix of different meats and was delicious. The smoked beans and smoked Mac n cheese were also fantastic. I am looking forward to trying the rest of the menu. The owner and staff were very friendly and provided excellent customer service. We will definitely be returning!

My father and I traveled from Texas and found this restaurant to have the most authentic Austin, TX-style BBQ we have had outside of Texas. It felt like we were back home, and we even got to see the smokers they use. The ordering is cafeteria style, and you can choose to take your food to go or eat there (we decided to eat in). We ordered the Big Texan sandwich with cheesy potatoes and macaroni and cheese, and with the first few bites, it brought back memories of our childhood in Dallas, TX. We highly recommend this place!

Quick service and a great sandwich. The brisket was juicy and the sauces offered on the side were delicious.

Always on the lookout for a good BBQ place, googled this popped up. Enjoyed pork ribs, brisket, smoked Mac cheese potatoes cheese. They were out of smoked cheesecake otherwise hubby would have had that too. Really liked the sweet loganberry ? BBQ sauce. All so, so good! We don't get to Buffalo area often but will definitely eat here when we do get back.
