Bidrage med feedbackI was the only customer in the restaurant and still had to wait 15 minutes for my breakfast. The staff seemed to prioritize the drive-thru, even though it wasn't very busy. Additionally, the person cooking in the kitchen forgot to prepare half of my order.
We visited the BK drive-thru on Pennsylvania Avenue in Hagerstown, Maryland. The manager mistakenly gave us a large drink instead of a small one and forgot to add bacon to our sandwich, despite charging us extra for it. We also received large fries instead of small ones, and we were surprised to find extra-large fries and two Hershey pies in the bag. Unfortunately, there were no napkins, straws, or utensils provided. A lady who appeared to be a regular customer ended up giving us our food and revealed herself to be the manager when we addressed her. The restaurant was not busy, so there was no excuse for these numerous mistakes.
Terrible service. Refused to sell sandwich for menu board price. Manager refused to give name. Staff not wearing name tags. Threatened to call Police on me! I've usually had good service here.
I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger meal, a bacon double cheeseburger, and a coke freeze. When I got home, I realized that both double cheeseburgers were missing the bacon. However, they did get the no salt request right on my sister's fries. This Burger King location seems to struggle with getting orders correct, so I usually go out of my way to visit a different one. I only stopped at this location because I was in a hurry.
The food was still good, tasting the same as usual. The service was less than desirable. I called home to ask what they wanted because they had 2 King's for 12 dollars deal. Took them a little over 15 min to prepare; not very fast. they did apologize atleast.
