Papa John's Pizza - Hagerstown

Pizza was a simple pepperoni and bacon pizza. If you can look at this and say that the bacon isn?t burnt you should be fired. I almost feel like calling back and complaining but I?m worried they would spit in my food. Poor quality going back to our regulars (brothers pizza express for anyone else with a bad experience)

Anthony's is a great place I order there three to four times a week mainly because Pizza is fast but sometimes pizza gets old I just realized that they have broccoli pasta on their menu so I'll be trying that but they do have a great menu it really doesn't cost much at all and I found out that they have butter garlic sauce which is a good thing because people like butter garlic sauce with their Pizza but always remember to life my reviews so that I can bring you more

I lost $20 because they can't handle the order volume. If you’re relaxed about life, waiting 50 minutes for your food might not bother you. But if you're someone who values their time and sees it as money, I recommend steering clear of this restaurant.

We were very disappointed with our experience. The pizza took 56 minutes to arrive, even though we were told it would take about 30 to 45 minutes. When it finally arrived, it was barely warm, and I live just 3 minutes away from the restaurant. I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

I typically enjoy ordering from Anthony's, but this evening has completely changed my opinion of them. I placed an online order for a 12" ham and pineapple pizza and a 14" pepperoni pizza, but when they were delivered, I received two cheese pizzas instead. I called to address the issue, but they refused to correct the mistake, even though it was a glitch on their website. I wasn't trying to get free food; I even offered to return their cheese pizzas. I spoke with three different representatives, and the last one essentially blamed me for the problem. It's disappointing that when a mistake occurs, there's no willingness to make it right.
