Pizza Hut - Gurnee

I just called to place an order at the actual store and was told he can’t help me and I wasn’t able to place an order. He said, I need to call another number to a call center to place an order . This is not customer service and it helps me take my business elsewhere. I guess this Pizza Hut doesn’t want the business. I understand it’s hard to get help, but turning away business is simply idiotic since it allows you to get more staff. To whomever this franchise owner is good luck, since I’m never coming back.

Placed an order on line and everything was delivered and was perfect. Pizza maker deserves praise for the quality of the food.

I am very up set Mr Pizza Hut so get this I look at the picture online of a pizza and it looks awfully big then when I see it in person I think this looks like the portion I give to my 2 year old son and worst of all didn 't get my stuffed crust you mother f 'ers and also I think the delivery girl got lost in my apartments and got mad so she spit in my pizza.Guess I 'll give this John guy a try or maybe Murphy.

Getting my issue fixed was too easy. The rest of y’all need to calm down and maybe approach the employees differently, they are not doormats.
