We ordered an apple crisp sundae, but instead received a plain vanilla sundae with caramel. When we tried to speak to the staff about the issue, they reacted defensively, insisting that we were mistaken and calling us difficult. I got home and confirmed that we were indeed right. For $10, all we got was a vanilla sundae and a small drizzle of caramel.

The food was good, but the staff could improve their communication regarding which items are running low or out of stock for the day.

This is, without a doubt, the best ice cream I've ever tasted! It’s incredibly creamy, smooth, and full of flavor! The staff is friendly and helpful. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Told the guy at the counter this was my first time in the store. He looked at me and walked away. I made selections from the pre-packaged case, I paid and included a tip. He bagged my items and handed them to me without even a thank you. I told him thanks and have a nice day and again he said nothing. It’s unlikely I will return to experience such underwhelming customer service.

Visiting from Ohio and my wife said she heard of this place as we drove by and I’m so happy she did. The ice cream is so creamy and awesome!
