Kfc - Gurnee

I ordered dinner from kfc yesterday I had the 3 pc combo meal with 2 sides I choose 2 breasts and a wing with fries and corn lemonade to drink and the chocolate chip cake for dessertThe chicken was absolutely delicious perfectly cooked and nicely seasoned and the bbq sauce on the side was some of the best bbq sauce I’ve ever tasted sweet with just a little tang just how I like it perfect the lemonade was not your typical lemonade it tastes like sprite with more lemon flavor I liked it the side were average to very slightly above average but the chicken and bbq sauce steals the show for me which is how it should be when you’re eating from a chicken restaurantThe chocolate cake is very large and very very sweet wouldn’t recommend for a diabetic but perfect for those with a sweet toothI would highly recommend kfc I’ll definitely be ordering again most likely the exact same meal I had yesterday

Sticky floors 2 hours after open, all the tables are gross and not cleaned. Oh and looks like the walls have mold. Go ahead and just go to another KFC....

I recently placed it deliver you order with this KFC. I ordered a bucket and a meal for four people. What I received was a sandwich and a side. The sandwich looked like it had been through the wringer. When I called the restaurant, they acted like they really didn't care and told me they couldn't do anything for me. I would highly discourage anybody from patronizing this establishment.

I recently visited the KFC in Gurnee and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of customer service I received. The employees were hard-working, attentive, and friendly, making my dining experience enjoyable from start to finish.The food was also delicious and fresh, just as I like it. I especially enjoyed their crispy fried chicken, which was cooked to perfection and had just the right amount of seasoning. Their sides were also top-notch, with the mashed potatoes and gravy being a standout.Overall, I was very satisfied with my visit to KFC in Gurnee and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food and even better service. Keep up the good work!

Service with an attitude!No acknowledgment when you walk in and stand at the counter you have to call out for assistance and when they do come out better be ready because no How may I help you , Is there anything else , Is that for here or to go or even a Thank you .Oh, forget about asking for plates or utensils that 's another issue, sometimes convenience is a bother to those who work in customer service. ?
