Bidrage med feedbackThe subs are good but the service could be better. The cashier offers no help when asked and points to the menu. Mind you, I did not have my glasses with me.
Only issue is the manager. I got charged twice for ordering on the app. I called the store saying I put an order in twice by mistake and to cancel one. They stated that there was no order and that the app was the problem. Ok fine but it still charged me. I basically had to do a back and forth battle with the manager about the issue and he said that he could continue to repeating himself all day but he won’t do anything about it. That was a disappointment because I was charged for it anyways and never got anything in return. He said that because it was the “weekend “ that the charge would just fall off in a few days. Well it’s been a week and still there. He was rude about the whole situation. Funny thing is i actually tried to order again and this time call it in, another rude experience. I’m out of the radius for them to deliver smh ok…(nothing we can do about that which is understandable). But even talking to him on the phone he talked with such an attitude. Stop being rude with your customers is my advice to him. Such a disappointing experience. Wish it was handled more professionally. Won’t be ordering from this location that’s for sure. Unless you want to order something and never get it.
Not the same. We ordered two 18 inch sandwiches and the bread was Way over toasted. I called to let them know after I took 2 bites and though professional tried to justify that the bread was fresh. Which is was but WAY over cooked. When I went to exchange them. One worker was very professional but the other had an attitude. He used the same meat and ingredients on the new sandwich. Who does that after a person bit off it. I did not say nothing because it is a reflection of the Owner who apparently approves this behavior and the Jimmy John's brand... always went to Jimmys, will never return...ever.

DONE no problem I picked it up 15 minutes early and it was READY. Of course, I was the QUEEN OF THE gathering!!Thanks so much
Putting aside the fact that I am a former Jimmy John’s manager, I ordered one sandwich for delivery and the driver was incredibly rude and/or intoxicated. I was about to call the police because I don’t think the driver was okay to be driving at all, let alone threaten me with violence. Will never order from this location again.
