Dunkin' - Gurnee

I didn’t realize the difficulty… I ordered through DoorDash.. Hot coffee was cold… the iced cappuccino wasn’t full, and these are definitely NOT the red velvet donuts I’d ordered… shame on you…

The woman working in the drive-thru at the Mexican restaurant was extremely rude. It's not the best place to visit if you want to start your morning off right.

Isabel provided me with excellent service! She was not the only one, the entire team is wonderful!

The wait in the drive-thru was long despite the few customers present, and my cappuccino blast did not have any cappuccino in it.
