Park Grocery Deli - Guelph

Atmosphere is great! Super cute eclectic decor. Food, disappointing. My eggs had a pool of grease on them. Double smoked bacon is code for burnt morsels of pork. The salad had so much dressing on it that it arrived soggy and slimy. My partners brisket Benny was better. The brisket left much to be desired, however the eggs were poached beautifully and the hollandaise sauce was delicious.Waitress did not check back in with us for the entire duration of our meal the lack of service was a surprise as they have a small dining room, and many staff working. If we were to return, would likely be for cocktails only as they have some interesting options.

How is it possible that each visit just keeps getting better? Today, I took my kids for an early dinner, and we were greeted with a fantastic milkshake that was perfect for an Instagram story. The server kindly offered it to us on the house, and it was simply amazing. Our food arrived promptly, served hot by a lovely server who was attentive, friendly, and respectful of our conversation. All three meals were delicious. We can't wait to return!

Great spot! Had the brisket sandwich which was excellent! They have a large selection of drinks for purchase in the store. Grabbed the Gingerbug original ginger beer. Certified organic and delicious!We will definitely be recommending this place!

Very disappointed with the service, rude and disrespected. I was with my granddaughter age 6, after dinner the waitress came to our table lowered herself down and whispered something to my granddaughter while handling her a small bag. She never asked my permission, acted like I wasn't even there, she gave her two cookies, no idea why, she had no right, took me by surprise, the more I thought about it the angrier I got. It was noisy there and sitting across of me.
