I honestly don’t understand the hype around this place. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing, but the bagels were really lackluster. It’s not that they tasted bad, the bagel sandwiches literally tasted like nothing. I’m not sure why people, including myself, waited on line for this. Apart from the food, all the staff members are phenomenal. All very kind and helpful.

Great bagels, Chilli, Coffee and workers was exceptional nice, attentive and food was delicious. Don't go anywhere else but here!!! AAAAA service and sandwiches. Forget lake george rednecks service- at bank cafe

Great food and coffee. Friendly staff. The interior is a bit dark and could do with a bit of a make over.

Lovely coffee and great food and cakes. It’s very dark inside and a bit clunky on the old wooden furniture. Outside is delightful. Staff are really friendly. They may need to help people a little with how service works, I waited 10 minutes at the coffee collection point for my Vagal not realising it was at the other end of the bar waiting for me maybe just tell me? They’d get 5* except they assume you want take out and have plastic cutlery regardless if you’re in or out. It’s 2024 folks, time to make a stand and do the right thing. Use washable crockery and cutlery, reward people with refill coffee cups to encourage their use and don’t assume we all want to destroy the planet and we’re ok with it. Your customer base is getting more educated. Time to make the switch.
