Management needs to emphasize basic expectations like greeting customers with a slight amount of respect… That was so weird and uncomfortable. My mom and I went in and waited a good 2 minutes before I finally said, “Excuse me,” to get an employee to take our order. There were 6 employees just chillin in the back, on their phones, chatting, just hanging out, having a great time. God forbid a customer should enter your store and request service. The male employee who helped us came over and rolled his eyes at us, didn’t say a word to greet us, and took our order with a hateful attitude. That was awful, and I hope your management pays attention to this behavior. Weird!
The staff could use a better attitude. Very short and rude.
Only used the drive-through. But the service was very good and I got what I ordered!
Wouldn't waste your money. I bought a cheese steak meal here and ended up with a few pieces of steak and mainly cheese and bread. So order at your own risk.
Ordered through the app and got my food right away. Everything I ordered was received. I also want to say that it’s one of the cleaner Arby’s that I’ve been to. The employees were cleaning hard when I got there.
