Star Grill Kebabs And Burgers

We had family over and placed a large order totaling £45. We ordered 2 burgers without cheese due to allergies, but they arrived with cheese. Additionally, we ordered 2 children's chicken nugget meals which were overcooked and inedible. The chips were also overcooked and reheated multiple times. When I called to address the issue with the burgers, I was told to just eat them anyway. After explaining the allergy again, they agreed to send two more burgers which took an hour to be delivered.

I ordered delivery 1 hour ago. Even after waiting 1 hour and 45 minutes, my food still had not arrived. The customer service was terrible. Despite being a loyal customer for many years, I will never order from this restaurant again.

This place is by far the best kebab place in Eltham. It's our regular kebab shop and we have tried many in Eltham. This one is amazing. Excellent value for money and great portion sizes. Recommend it for kebabs and chips.

My mum orderd us a meal as says below a waste of money was not impressed at all chicken burger was not suitable for human consumption even my children refused to eat their burgers as they were over cooked people were very unhelpful but what's to be expected they had their money that's all that matters to be honest the food was that bad it went out for the foxes that's if even they would eat it will not use again at all NOT RECOMMEND at all very poor quality I served better food in the wimpy got told bun was burnt on chicken burger as was frozen I from Experience of working in the wimpy for 4 and a half years no that the buns should be defrosted this way they would not burn could have cooked a better chicken burger myself!!!!

I have ordered my lamb shish kebabs a dozen of times from this restaurant and they have always been up to standards ask the chef how you like your meat cooked he does it spot on. They have an excellent home delivery service as well. I shall go back again when I will be in the UK.
