Bidrage med feedbackWhere is the zero star option? First of all, we heard about the all you can eat pizza and salad bar for $16. So I brought my husband, 1 year old and 2 year old. When you hear all you can eat you think of buffet style with multiple pizza options, saladbar, and usually dessert. We walk in and there is not anything of this sort. We sat down and were told one pizza at a time withonly option being sausage and pep. We thought one whole pizza at a time?.. When we sat down, drink cups were already at thetable. We figured those must have been included in the buffet price. We got our fountain drinks sat down and our first pizzaSLICE was brought out. Then once we were finished we asked for a second slice. We asked for sausage, but pep was the onlyoption. Okay? So we finished up and received a bill for $61.99!!! We had a total of 4 pizza slices.. 2 salads..and drinks thatwe thought were included (since the cups were at the table) and that was it.....my 1 year old and 2 year old were charged $7each?? This is so ridiculous as we could have gotten a better deal ordering a large pizza and 2 salads with 2 drinks and maybepaid half that seeing as how my 1 and 2 year old don 't eat anything more than a few bites. We have been to an Italian buffet inDenver and paid $50. This is our second bad experience with this place. The first one was before the name change. We thoughtmaybe things would be different. No. I do want to note the server was friendly.
It was a quick lunch with great service all around!! The pizza was perfect and I dig that awesome oven! Great flavors!
Previous website was not great and I could never pass through when they specify an order, but we finally have a chance to sit down and try this place. the customer service was great. huge smile and courtesy. pizza was excellent. we have created our own and look forward to a special pizza. bierwand was fun and affordable perk.
When this place first opened we enjoyed the atmosphere, open seating, and beer wall. The past few experience have not been good. Today, we decided we will not be coming back. They have “servers” but you are still required to get your own drinks, which was chaotic. They did not have any domestics beers and most of the beers they did have were tapped. We waited close to an hour for our food and it was terrible. Every time we asked a server for an ETA, they said they would check and never follow up. Our wings were burned and without the sauce we asked for. We found out after the fact, that the sauce the server offered us was out and we had to self serve and alternative. The “Ceaser salad” came as a plate with Romain lettuce and Italian dressing they also did not tell us until after that they were out of chicken and croutons. The cheesy bread was okay but was NOT worth the hour wait. We were informed that the servers didn’t even know that a band was coming in to play! Thankfully, there’s other pizza places in Greeley we can go to.
I ordered a pizza on line, got there to pick it up and they hadn't started it yet. It only took about 15 minutes for them to make/bake the pizza, it was not worth the wait. While I was waiting I notice most the people in there were hanging out near the tap wall drinking beer, not eating. We didn't like the pizza, it didn't taste good. We won't be back.
