Dunkin' Donuts - Grayslake

Been going here for years, they have the best costumer service. Don't wanna knock the other Grayslake location on 45, they could learn a thing or two from this location.

Always friendly and quick service, and the order is always correct and fresh! Keep taking my money!!!

Driveway is very awkward but coffee fits the bill just as other Dunkin’ shops.

Just OK the exteriors of every restaurant I just surprising me at how run down everything is and how no one maintains cleanliness in the parking lot. Every time I go to any Dunkin, I order the bacon, egg and cheese bagel and the bagel is always burnt.

Been here a couple times and while some employees are nice, the other half look like they’re about to hang themselves before the next order. If you hate your job that much just go get another, acting like I make work here? Smh
