Mcdonald's - Grand Island

This restaurant has received 666 reviews, which seems fitting for such a sinful establishment. The unpleasant employees in the drive-thru refused to give me ice for the 12th time I tried to order a cone. I ended up having to drive to Dairy Queen instead of getting ice cream from this place.

Went there this morning for a egg mcmuffin w/sausage .. and the girl told me first, $13 dollars and change. I said you must have the wrong order, I just want an egg mcmuffin, and she said, Oh, $9.53.. I said, just for an egg mcmuffin, and she punched a couple buttons on screen and said $8.39 . I didn't have time to wait until she got it right so I said I'll pass, and drove away. You would think just common sense would tell you a mcmuffin anything can't be that much, ....... guess not.

Drive thru order received like this . Manager offered no help and no resolution when I called . Cashier was incoherent and manager “Carlos R” was slurring and could not speak a full sentence . Employees appeared to be under the influence of some type of drug . I filed a complaint through the customer service line and would not recommend this location.

The service at this restaurant is incredibly slow, to say the least, and the staff often have bad attitudes. They frequently close earlier than their posted closing time. It is clear that the franchise owners do not prioritize customer service at all.

This McDonald's location is one of the worst in the area. It is dirty, rundown, and has long waiting times for both dining in and using the drive-thru. Despite visiting a few times, the experience has not improved. On my last visit, I ordered a 10-piece nugget, small fries, and a small shake and was shocked that the total came to just under $14. The loudspeaker at the drive-thru had a sign stating they were out of ice, smoothies, Coke, Hi-C Orange, and more. Additionally, both drive-thru windows had signs saying they were out of pennies. The drive-thru shield was flimsy and had a broken band holding it together, exposing fluorescent lights. It's unfortunate to say, but I will not be returning to this location for my business.
