Zocalo - Gothenburg

We got a burrito and a bowl to go, and both were delicious! The menu is on the pricier side, but you get to customize your base (burrito, taco, bowl, etc.), protein (like pulled jackfruit), and toppings and sauces. The kitchen was super quick - our order was ready in just 10 minutes! However, it was not very busy when we were there, so it's hard to judge the service speed accurately.

Vegan options in Sweden are quite limited, so we were pleasantly surprised to find a restaurant that offered a fully vegan menu. The burrito we ordered was delicious, with a perfect blend of flavors and just the right amount of spice. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, happily swapping out non-vegan sauces for plant-based alternatives. We appreciated that tap water was provided free of charge. While I found the prices to be on the higher side compared to what I am used to in Germany, they seemed to be in line with typical Swedish pricing. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant for its tasty vegan options and excellent service.
