Sweet Bakery - Gothenburg

Among all the pastry they offered, only one thing was vegan. So I don't understand why this business is on Happy Cow. The coffee tastes great though. Updated from previous review on 2023-07-10

Bakery with breakfast and lunch. Friendly staff that happily makes you a vegan sandwich or salad either to take away or eat there. Oat and Soy milk available. Staff mentioned considering to get vegan cheese and already has dairy free butter. Already have some vegan regular customers that they mentioned making custom orders for. They have a great understanding of vegan food and will make it fresh for you if you ask. Lots of vegetables and able to add sprouts, avocado, edamame beans, pasta, basil dressing and/or more.

Opens early, they can make a vegan sandwich request. all brot and butter are milk-free.

We have caught a coffee in the middle of the shopping trip and were pleased to be offered both to help and soy milk alternatives. not clear what baked were vegan, I'm sure we could have asked, but we were not hungry.
