Hello, ordered food last night it says 30 min on the delivery time when the driver is there and makes two quick calls, haven't made it home yet since I just ordered. He forced me to swipe within SEK 50 privately to come back took my food hostage. Was incredibly rude and supportive and didn't care at all about your reputation or good service. Uh, what ? You have always delivered good food and delivery. But yesterday you refuse to answer/Clicked both your customer and Foodora support.... Didn't get my food....... But Foodora can always be trusted, got my money back plus discount.
