Koizen Omakase Room - Gothenburg

Amazing food, delicious drinks, good mood, nice music and attentive and friendly staff. The new cook, Shu, is brilliant. Go here, you won't regret it.

Really enjoyed my birthday dinner here. I loved all the sushi served and the whole experience. The fish was very fresh and expertly prepared. I especially loved the fatty tuna and the Arctic Char. The place is quite small so it's important to book in advance. They have opened up a new location and I'm eager to try the new restaurant too which has a larger kitchen and the same chef. I know they are also popular this coming Christmas season so definitely look into booking ahead.

This place is like a concert, where every instrument is in harmony with one another. Every dish prepares the palet for the next dish. The conductor of the koizen concert does a fantastic job in explaining ever dish and serves you excellent drink to go with your meal. I recommend this place for every person who like high quality ingredients, a chef who is dedicated and passionate of what he does and want a music festival in his/her mouth.

An excellent experience. We had the omakase multi-course tasting menu and were very satisfied. Very good food, well presented in a nice atmosphere.
