Jinx Food Truck - Gothenburg

The pork buns at this restaurant are amazing. They are rich, succulent, tasty, and soft. They are perfectly complemented with pickled vegetables and a delicious sauce. However, they are on the expensive side.

We absolutely love Jinx! Although there may be a wait during peak hours, it is definitely worth it. We tried their vegetarian bao with fried tofu and it was delicious!

Great example of how all food trucks should look. Awesome food and friendly service. Interesting combination of cousines, which make food perfect.

Situated in such a nice square just by great second hand shops and cafés this was our choice to eat since their main restaurant didn’t start serving their à la carte until 14:00. Being picky with food and also vegetarian this could have gone either way. They serve buns worthy of fine dining although it’s served from a foodtruck?! The staff had a very nice and friendly vibe and I recommend everyone living or visiting the city to have lunch here.
