Dubbel Dubbel Kastellgatan - Gothenburg

I have dined at this restaurant a few times and have always been satisfied with the food. We typically order the medium sharing menu. The service is a bit lackluster and slow, but the delicious food more than makes up for it.

Expensive, rude owner but tasty. I can see why this restaurant has high marks for people that pick up, or get the food delivered, because as a restaurant experience it's not something that can be recommended. The waiter was nice enough but the owner was rude and the atmosphere was so-so in general.

Picked up Take-away that was pre-paid through their website. When arriving home I realised that they forgot to put one of the sides in, which is really disapointing. Otherwise food is great, but make sure you check that your order is complete before leaving the restaurant.

Came here and unfortunately on this occasion was the ignorant tourist who didn't speak Swedish and only Swedish menus were available. The waiter happily went through the menu to tell me what everything was however, and we then chatted for a short while after the meal while he recommended things to do and see in and around Gothenburg. Food was outstanding, beer was great, setting was cozy and friendly. Would definitely recommend and will definitely come back when next in Gothenburg :
