Pizza Hut - Gonzales

I received a free super stuffed-crust pizza as a reward, and it was loaded with toppings. It was truly one of the best pizzas I have ever had from Pizza Hut.

They have stopped offering delivery service. They told me it would take 15-20 minutes for pickup, but it took 40 minutes before it was ready. They said it was ready when I arrived, but it wasn't. They claimed they had kept it warm for me, but they hadn't. Because I had to wait 15 minutes in the lobby, they took it out too soon and when I got home, the crust wasn't even cooked. It was not the Pizza Hut experience that would make me want to come back.

I ordered a pizza for delivery, with the estimated time set for 1:44 pm. At 2:24 pm, I called the restaurant but received no answer. The order finally arrived at 2:40 pm with no explanation or apology for the delay. The pizza was hard and lacked marinara sauce. The overall quality is declining, and the poor customer service is unacceptable. It is clear that the restaurant is in need of a complete overhaul in terms of structure, service quality, and food quality.

I always give the pizza huts I serve personally, I think they make the best pizzas to the dominos and dads of the world. I recommend to enjoy it safely.

When you spend that kind of money on a pie one would expect at least some pizza sauce.The garlic parmesan boneless chicken wings sauce was watered down runny and salty. I usually go to Domino's, but lately those pizzas have been too expensive for what you get.....time to make my own
