El Meskal - Gonzales

Good fresh food and prices are quite reasonable. The daily lunch menu is a nice touch and the portions are plentiful. Service was also good. Could use a little attention to clean the place.

Very good price for the meal, but the fruit flies flew around had me on the edge. The chips were a bit thick, but the salsa was very good. The chickenphajitas were salted properly and although it was lunchtime, I got the dinner.

Another hidden gem, right in my forest neck, which I've never stepped into my foot until today. Mexican food is not at the top of my list, but if I regret it, I really am. Honestly, this is probably some of the best I had in a while. I have three tacos, one with beef and two with steak. I also have the steak nachos. Everything was delicious and they were not stingy with meat. I'll be back soon!!

Excellent food. Very cheap. Salsa was almost spicy, and kind of zinged your tongue. My girl said the margarita was strong. Service was great.
