Bidrage med feedbackThe young lady working the drive thru yesterday morning was very helpful. She worked the cashier window and the second window giving the food. She was the only working and she did a great job!
So I’m literally writing this review while I’m sitting in this drive thru. When I tell you this has got to be the worst experience at any McDonald’s location of all the ones I’ve visited…and I have been to A LOT!!! All started when my mobile order was accidentally placed at this location instead of the one I usually patronize. I thought, ok. I’ll just have to drive a little further up the road to pick up the food. I get there and the double drive thru line was literally wrapped all the way around as to where no one was moving at all! I mean people actually had put their cars in park mode waiting. Then they stopped taking any orders unless you were a mobile order that had already ordered or door dash. Very unorganized, very very long winded. The goal should ALWAYS be to get the customers out of there! There are other McDonald’s in the vicinity that NEVER have that kind of of delay. I don’t know who the head manager running that one is, but they seriously NEED to do better with that location and their employees. There’s NO reason for anyone to sit in any drive thru for 30-40 minutes, whether it’s day or night, 30 minutes which is the time it literally took for me to get one sandwich, one fry and a drink. The only reason I stayed was because it was already paid for…other than that, I would’ve definitely pulled off as other were. I will NEVER return to that location and I wouldn’t recommend it to my worse enemy. Do yourself a favor and go right next door to CHECKERS! #dobetter #insane #badcustomerservice
Not sure what was going on but I said in the drive-thru window while the left side was continuously going. I watched probably five cars good service and I was still sitting there. When the person at the window finally spoke she didn't apologize and told me to hold on still rudely. And I was trying to explain to her Hey it's been multiple cars that got waited on and we're still backed up in this line. She didn't say anything or offered an apology and check in mind I still had to wait so I left. Customer service got to be better regards to paying customers people coming through the drive-through window like we shouldn't have to be waiting so long
Went to this place via drive thru around 10PM waited 5 mins in the drive thru speaker got zero communication while waiting. So I decided to pull forward and maybe see if I can just order through the drive thru window instead. The lady seemed like an older lady I believe bashed my dad and said he needs to be patient and wait because the long is line. While I understand the line is long. Communication at the drive thru speaker stating “ one moment please or give me a second “ would have been very helpful. Instead she attacked my dad verbally and denied his right to order through the window instead. Awful communication from this lady.
Big macs have been alittle off. I'm still coming back. No pride in making the sandwich anymore.
