I absolutely love Coldstone ice cream, but the management at this location has been quite rude. They seem uninterested in assisting customers with their reward points. I also had an unpleasant experience when the server wiped the edge of my ice cream container with her apron! When I asked her for a new lid, she responded by saying that she didn't wipe the entire container, just half. That's comforting, especially considering how people use aprons in the restroom! Despite this, I still love Coldstone, especially now that they have a bonus program. I'm excited to earn points towards free ice cream. And for those who prefer a lighter option, there’s always sherbet and frozen yogurt. With delicious ice cream cakes and tasty cones, this place truly makes ice cream enjoyable! However, their customer service definitely needs improvement. I’d really appreciate a double serving of good service, please!

I strongly advise against ordering online from this location. Walk-in customers tend to cause delays in fulfilling orders. The staff were overwhelmed, and I ended up waiting an hour after placing my order before heading to the store. When I arrived, my order was incorrect. Overall, I'm quite dissatisfied with this place.

I had an amazing, family-friendly experience in this Coldstone location. The dead silence sent my 14-year-old nephew to sleep. The absence of light was a bad blow, I could swear that if you look into the darkness of the shop, you could see the devil yourself. The cake case was full of delicious treats in different sizes. When I finally reached the Ghea, it was important for me to find pans at different heights, I guess there is something to do for the staff. But the last part was my kids size watermelon sorbet. I appreciate the staff because they added an additional mix of peanut butter without asking me? Yes. It was always a delicious treat in my childhood to eat homemade watermelon peanut butter ice cream. My friend, who is deadly allergic to peanut butter, also enjoyed every bite until the journey through anaphylactic shock. Yummmmm. I recommend and enjoy, stay safe and bless God

This store is disgusting literally seen a rat running around in the back. and not to mention their is this lady w dirty blond hair w a nose piercing served my food and found hair in my ice cream. the floor was dirty , trash everywhere found a couple of dead flies next to the ice cream.

I won 't go back. Went in and they asked me what I wanted... just like that. What do you want? I tell them I haven 't been here before and I needed a minute to look. The first 2 options I chose, they apparently couldn 't make. Picked one. They started mixing it up on the table and put it in a cup. I asked them why I didn 't get a cone. They said cones are by special request. I asked for a cone, she painfully rolled her eyes at me and said no because they would have to mix it again. So I got a cup of ice cream. Cool. I asked for a spoon. Was hatefully informed they were right in front of me. I didn 't notice the cup that appeared empty had 2 spoons in it.
