Mcdonald's - Gilbert

This is my favorite McDonald's location. The staff goes above and beyond to serve me. I don't usually visit this McDonald's, so I was pleasantly surprised. I had a McGriddle, coffee, and a drink, and I particularly enjoyed the breakfast sandwich. They have won me over with their special menu items.

The food was decent, but the manager was constantly yelling at her employees throughout our entire meal. She was quite rude.

I have lived near this McDonald's for six years. In recent years, it has become increasingly disappointing. No matter what time of day or day of the week, the food is consistently terrible. I keep coming back because of its convenience, but each time I am reminded of how awful the food tastes. It's as if they use old ingredients and reheat them throughout the day. The food is never cooked properly and the cheese is never melted. I don't expect gourmet food from McDonald's, but I do expect it to at least taste fresh. Unfortunately, it always seems like the food has been sitting out or taken from the trash.

Wow, I never thought mcdonald was so beautiful and clean. After I go here, I see the potential that a mcdonald can have if own or do a little more thought in the improvement of the older ones there. plus great customer service to go with it! so 5 stars safe.
