Filiberto's Mexican - Gilbert

Massively shrunk portions and changed ingredients. Not paying that so much for the equivalent of a dollar menu item at Taco Bell.

Went to grab some chicken tacos before my son's football started. We were the only customers inside the restaurant because it was only 11:45am .So I figured we would get our food pretty fast. We didn't.I ordered two chicken tacos with sour cream and a kids meal with chicken nuggets fries drink and churros. After a few minutes I was told they don't have nuggets so we got the bean burrito instead.One man came in after us, placed his order after us, got his food a few minutes later, then left. About 5 minutes after he got his order I got mine.The chicken was burnt and dry in the chicken tacos. There was a strong overwhelming chili taste I didnt know it cost $2.20 for 2oz. of sour cream....yikes. I'll skip that addition next time.This location was a disappointment to what Im used to from Filiberto's honestly. The cashier was helpful I wouldn't call her friendly or upbeat, just really good at her job.Kid-friendliness: High chairs available

Portions getting smaller and prices going up! Food was bland. Could have went to out to eat for the same price.

I tried the restaurant when it first opened, 2/3 years ago, never went back till today. Nothing changed, on line 2 chiilrennos state they come with avo and SC, pictures is the same as the combo. 2nd time I got them plain. Requested my money back showed the picture. They didn't want to give my money back, told me I know you work for Door dash and I'm going to call them. I had to call DD dash and tell them I saw this as trying to get me fired.I called filbertos customer service, they mad it clear they saw the video, like I care I was telling the truth. Accused me of Accidently ordered the wrong thing,even though I was charged the same price as the one in the picture, Natalie hung up on me when I mentioned Better business bureau. Theres no plan one on the menu, Ive going to filbertos for 20 years and got plain ones anyware but this store.Unfortunately for the owner I have to make this public cause they wouldn't let me speak to him.Dont go to this one or the one on Queen Creek same owners.

Ordered the chicken enchilada plate. Received enchiladas only cheese. A side of sour cream added 2.20$. 15.99 for not what I ordered.
