Bidrage med feedbackOnce I was on the highway, I called to apologize and promised I would return to pay before closing. The staff was very understanding, but I completely forgot! The food was so delicious that we all indulged and it slipped my mind until the next day. When I returned to settle my bill, the staff was extremely kind about the whole situation. They insisted on covering the cost of my meal! I felt terrible, but they were so gracious. The manager even came out to speak with me personally, assuring me not to worry. I truly hope this staff remains at Georgetown because they handle everything so well! Thank you, Georgetown Wingstop, and I sincerely apologize again for my oversight!
I absolutely love this Wingstop! The food is always hot and fresh, and the staff is friendly and attentive. I've seen many reviews complaining about the wait times, and while I understand they can be long, it's important to remember that Wingstop is not fast food. They prepare your wings to order, so they can't whip up 100 wings in just five minutes! Haha! Overall, it's a great place, and I will definitely be coming back!
On Monday, January 2, 2023, at 7:44 PM, I, along with ten other customers, were shocked and outraged by the performance of the manager, Hareem, during his shift. As soon as we entered the restaurant, we were greeted with a message that there was a one-hour wait. We were informed that no additional orders would be taken unless they were placed over the phone. When we mentioned that we had placed a mobile order, Hareem walked away and then returned without even asking for our name to check on the status of our order. He proceeded to serve every customer who arrived after us while we stood there waiting. Fortunately, another manager, a very kind Hispanic woman (who I believe was named Emily or Emilia), came out from the back and assisted everyone ahead of us. Meanwhile, Hareem continued to pace back and forth and asked customers to leave due to his apparent frustration. I cannot comprehend how such unprofessional behavior could occur at Wingstop, a place that I used to think was known for its good service.
Rebecca was amazing that the store was super busy, but was able to get around all (also me during the lunch break) definitely a great location just wishing that it was bigger!
Just picked up a phone order and it was incorrect. Not all of it but enough to be upsetting. Ordered boneless and got bone in. Asked for voodoo fries. Got regular asked for honey BBQ sauce and got hot honey BBQ. My kid doesn't eat spicy chicken. Now I have to cook something when I thought I could just hit that easy button and go home. Why offer options if you won't or don't provide them.
