Great BBQ truck on the west side of town across from Randalls! The brisket can be a little too fatty if you don't choose lean but the flavor is good.

M’eh! I was hoping for maybe a better presentation but the brisket was dry and brittle. Update My coworker had the pork tacos and Mac and cheese suffered from horrible diarrhea all night. I also tried her Mac and cheese and suffered from shaky hands and sweats about 10 minutes after eating. Weird.

Ordered lean brisket. As you can see in the Pic, it was not lean. Not even close. Brisket had a good flavor but not very smoky. Dino rib was mostly bone and fat. Very little meat for the high cost. Jalapeno sausage was weird. It had these blobs in it. Not sure what they were. Don't think they were fat. Didn't taste like cheese. Filler, I guess. If you want BBQ sauce, you have to buy a bottle from them. Potato salad was bland. I won't be going back.

Easily the best BBQ in town. I got a brisket plate with macaroni and cheese and green beans. Total price was less than 20 dollars and they didn't skimp on portion sizes. I could barely finish the whole thing. Very highly recommended.

We have loved the food from Tejano Cookers BBQ Catering Co. so much over the years that we had to have them as a late-night taco truck for our wedding. We cannot be happier with that decision! The Tejano Team was fantastic to work with and even were able to accommodate a variety of dietary restrictions for our guests. The food and service were fantastic and our guests raved about their experience. We cannot recommend them highly enough!
