Okay I been here two times before and I didn’t care for the service, or food!! Now under new management, the service is no longer good. I ordered a delivery which never arrived from door dash and I was unable to reach the driver at all. This was not within their control, understandably, so I attempted to contact the store over a dozen times for a half hour. They didn 't bother answering the phone so I drove in, something I didn 't want to do in the first place (which is the point of why I ordered delivery). I was met with nothing but attitude from the only person there. I was offered either a refund or a remake of my meal. I wanted a refund. The next day I can 't in to complain, not about the failed delivery but about the horrible customer service. It was the same person which was apparently the general manager. When I worked it there was someone above her that I could speak to, she lied and told me there wasn 't. A few minutes later she was on the phone complaining to someone about me that showed up (her boss) that it was escalated to. The customer experience did not improve, it merely continued to degrade. When I told him that my last visit was great service, he asked me, was it because there were white people here? I was stunned at his racist comment.
